thank you for having me here - first of all let me introduce myself to the community:
My name is Franz Schiller, I am part of the new Munich based team working on SellaBand.

It took me some time to read all of the posts regarding the Terms & Conditions which , as I understand, raise the most questions and concerns.
I am currently putting all of your questions together and will get back to you to bring some clarity into this asap.

Spass beiseite, you'll find that the people on here really care enough about Sellaband to come to this place to discuss their concerns.

I think that I speak for nearly all of is that we would like clear answers, not vague ones. If you can't give an answer because of whatever reason, say it. We heard so many promises in the past that were never kept and without clear answers or explanations.

I can assure you that if you give clear answers, then most people will respect that, even when they don't like the answer, but that's life ;-)

Also feel free to ask questions that you'd like an answer to. It's a two-way street!

We like open discussion and open words even if the conversation gets sometimes a little bit rough.

While you're at it, Xander has some good questions on what happens if you do not accept the new t&c on support.sellaband.com/sellaband/topics/new_t_c_completely_unacceptable which Dagmar in true old Sellaband style replied to in sellabandish instead of actually answering the question

@franz; Klar! Never expected immediate answers, as long as it's within the 2 weeks grace period :-)! I'd like to say that the questions posted on this forum are not exclusive to the believers that took time to register on here.

Believers are leaving because they can't accept the T&C's as they are now and the longer the situation remains. The longer without clarifications, the more the rumours will be fed and these are hard to control.

There's also the issue that if you don't accept the T&C's, you don't have access to your profile and funds and can't access the official Sellaband Forum. Lucretia's forum was inactive for a long time so many people don't know that there might be some answers to be found here.

So maybe it is more effective to also send the answers to the issues raised on the new T&Cs per eMail to all believers. Otherwise your answers end up being read by a few believers only and the silent majority is left in the Twilight zone ;-)

Well Franz I think they call it the lion's den because I have a bit of a reputation. I didn't gain the nickname "the knifelady" for nothing

Seriously though, have a good weekend and I hope for some useful information next week. I know what I am looking to do, but I think it's important to have the facts before making an informed choice, and it's clear from the inconsistencies in wording that the new T&C have obviously been put up as part of the rush to try and get back to normality on the site. I hope that at least can be sorted early next week.

martin N No worries on that score. I'm not back on Sellaband myself yet due to the fact I haven't clicked any button on the T&C so far, so I doubt this forum will be closing up again for at least another fortnight

Hi Franz, welcome to the oldest SellaBand forum that was already around before the SellaBand even thought it had a community.

There are many questions and I think it's good to listen first but please don't make the same mistake as the old SellaBand staff that listened but seldomly answered or didn't respond the right way. I think SellaBand made all the mistakes it could make as far as communication is concerned so it can only get better.
