Spotted this one on the BBC website just today why don't they tell you get a CD for a part? I really don't like the article anyway, putting SAB in the same line with myspace, youtube, lastfm and flickr, suggesting there are many alternatives [edit]I do like the amount of new UK believers joining in[/edit]

The message that brought me first contact to Sellaband, tweakers.net/nieuws/45148/. And I am so happy I saw it, took some more time to realize I should take part though.

money.guardian.co.uk/investments/alternativeinvesting/story/0,,2098543,00.html tinyurl.com/2dgtk2"Become a music mogul with £5 Jump on the SellaBand-wagon and you may make some notes says Rupert Jones Saturday June 9, 2007 The Guardian If you've ever fancied yourself as a music mogul, a new website gives you the chance to invest in up-and-coming acts - and make some money out of them if they hit the big time. With a minimum investment of $10 (just over a fiver), you don't need to be in the Simon Cowell wealth league to take part."

www.digitalmusicnews.com/blog/sellaband-an-interesting-new-business-model-1" Sellaband, an Interesting New Business Model Earlier today I recorded an interview with Pim Betist, Creative Director of Sellaband, for my Internet radio show at myrealbroadcast.com. Pim and I met last week at the Future of Music Conference in Denmark. (Click on www.digicast.dk/ilab/310507/# for my speech). I was very impressed with his presentation and with Sellaband.com. In short Sellaband offers Artists an opportunity to raise money to record an album. "
